Why do you want to become a sperm donor?
I want to become a donor for two main reasons. Firstly, the act of donating gives me a sense of purpose, knowing that I’m making a meaningful contribution to society - much like the times I donated blood in the past. Each time I give, I feel more connected to the community and to something greater than myself.
Secondly, while I’m uncertain about whether I will get married or have children in the future, I see donation as a way to leave a part of myself in this world - to create a legacy that lives on in a unique and deeply meaningful way.
What do friendships mean to you?
To me, friendships mean trust, support, and understanding. True friends are those who I can rely on, knowing they will be there for me when I need help or someone to talk to. Trust is the foundation of any strong friendship, and it allows us to be open and honest with each other. Friends are also people who offer support during difficult times and celebrate the good moments with you. More importantly, they take the time to understand you, your feelings, and your needs, without judgement. I value these qualities in my friendships because they help create deep, meaningful connections that can last a lifetime.
What are your personal strengths?
One of my strengths is my ability to adapt quickly to different challenges, whether in sports or intellectual tasks. I enjoy participating in physical activities that require coordination and movement, and I find satisfaction in pushing myself to perform better. At the same time, I also enjoy using my mind to explore new ideas and solve problems, especially through reading books and gaining new knowledge. I’m someone who enjoys learning continuously and improving myself. Additionally, I’m reliable when it comes to completing tasks assigned by leaders, ensuring that I do them well and meet expectations on time.
Do you have any specific characteristics?
I’m someone who often thinks deeply about life and what it means to live it fully. I like trying new things, learning from different experiences, and I’m not afraid to take on challenges, even when they come with risks. I believe life is about making the most of every opportunity and connecting with others in meaningful ways. To me, becoming a donor is part of that journey - a way to do something meaningful, to give a part of myself, and maybe leave behind a small but lasting impact on someone’s life.
What instruments do you play?
I play the piano.

Hobbies and interests

What sports do you like to participate in?
I enjoy playing football, table tennis, and chess, as these are sports I’ve been playing since I was a child. Football is exciting because it requires teamwork, strategy, and physical endurance. Table tennis is a great way for me to improve my reflexes and coordination, and I find it both challenging and fun. Chess, on the other hand, helps me exercise my mind, develop my problem-solving skills, and think strategically
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies and interests include listening to music, playing video games, reading books, and running. I love listening to music because it has a calming effect on me and helps me express emotions that words sometimes can’t capture. It’s a way for me to connect with different moods and energies, whether it’s through relaxing melodies or more upbeat tunes. Playing video games is another hobby I enjoy, as it provides both entertainment and a chance to challenge myself in various strategic ways. I especially like games that require critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Reading books is one of my greatest passions. It allows me to dive into new worlds, explore different ideas, and gain insights into various topics. Finally, running is a hobby that helps me maintain my physical health while also giving me time to reflect and clear my mind. Each of these hobbies brings something valuable to my life, whether it’s relaxation, learning, or staying active.

Where is your dream travel destination?
I would most like to travel to North Korea. I find the country fascinating because it is so mysterious and different from other places in the world. What's your favourite childhood memory?
One of my best childhood memories is when I was 12 years old and participated in a city table tennis tournament. My parents were busy with work and couldn’t take me, so I went with my grandfather instead. I made it all the way to the semifinals, where I faced a much stronger opponent. I felt at a disadvantage and was nervous. However, my grandfather kept encouraging me and cheering me on. In the end, I managed to defeat my opponent and reached the finals. Although I lost in the final match, my grandfather was there to comfort me and took me to my favorite restaurant to celebrate. It was a memorable experience, not just because of the tournament, but because of the love and support I received from my grandfather.

Evaluation
The donor has chosen to donate because of a wish to help bring forth new generations and contribute to societal good. He is not sure whether or not he will be married in the future or have kids, but he knows he wants to be helpful in that area, so if the donations can benefit others, he’s happy to do so.

Intelligence:
In terms of intelligence, the donor has performed within the average for his age group on the screening test. He can be said to analyze complexity and understand new patterns as well as most other people. Sometimes he will learn quickly and be good at handling abstract concepts, other times less so.

Personality:
In terms of personality, the donor can largely be described as a person who is like many other people, in the sense that many of his attitudes and behaviors are largely defined by the given context. He can worry and be wrapped in negative thoughts sometimes, but mostly he seems like a positive and cheerful individual, albeit still realistic and not an impractical optimist. When something’s particularly important to him, he can tend to overthink and worry unnecessarily, as is the case with most people.

Socially, the donor is likely to be a more withdrawn and reserved person. While he is likely amicable and friendly when meeting new people, he seems to be a bit closed off also, and it will take some time before he has the confidence to share with others and make closer connections. He’s not assertive by any means and prefers to let others take charge and influence social groups. He seems content with being a bit introverted, but he can also enjoy the company of close friends, though it takes some time to make new friends.

He can enjoy excitement as much as the next person, but he’s not likely to be a daring adventurer always looking for the next challenge. He can be overwhelmed at times, and periods of stress and large pressures will likely take a toll on him more so than it does with other people. He is unlikely to seek out social stimulation and may appear quiet or introspective, especially in unfamiliar environments.

Others might describe him as calm, self-contained, or private, but possibly less outwardly enthusiastic than colleagues. He is likely to be cooperative, considerate, and motivated to maintain harmonious relationships. He tends to be trusting and empathetic, valuing goodwill interactions. Colleagues might see him as approachable, patient, and fair-minded, though at times he may prioritize others’ needs over his own. He might also shy away from confrontations and be more concerned with keeping happy relations than engage in necessary resolution of conflicts. While the donor prefers to be diplomatic and honest, this can also make him more susceptible to manipulation or being taken advantage of by others.

Values and interests:
The donor seems to have a balanced approach to novelty and tradition. He is open to new ideas and willing to explore different perspectives but does not seek novelty for its own sake. Others may perceive him as pragmatic yet willing to adapt when change is necessary. The donor doesn’t seem to thrive in changing circumstances and exploring the unknown, as he prefers routines and secure, safe activities that he knows well. He’s interested in team sports like table tennis and football, but lately he hasn’t had much time for that, so instead he jogs when possible.

Work morale and self-perception:
In terms of Work morals, he may prefer flexibility over rigid schedules and might not be naturally driven by detail-oriented planning. While capable of focused effort, he is more likely to apply himself consistently when the task aligns with his interests and values, rather than out of a strong need for structure or routine. He seems less driven by a need for public recognition and more by intrinsic satisfaction and the sense of contributing positively to a team or cause.

Intellectual engagement and problem-solving may appeal to him more than high-energy, fast-paced environments with constant social interaction. This can seem a bit paradoxical, as he’s training and working in a restaurant, but he enjoys his job and cooking in general. The donor can be selective in where he makes an effort, but he has a strong sense of obligation towards his job.

He seems to have a good control of his impulses, and others will likely see him as a person who stays in the background, mostly composed and a bit self-conscious. He can be concerned with what other people think of him, and he doesn’t want to appear wrong, abnormal or embarrassing. Mostly, he seems content with not drawing too much attention to himself.
