Carbs 45%, Protein 25% and Fat 30%. I track my meals every day as I work out and know how important diet in general is for building muscle. So I would say I’m relatively healthy.
I want to be a donor to give hope to the people who are struggling out there and who have a hard time having children themselves. It is also a way for me to leave a positive legacy and make a difference.
What are some traits that make you special?
I have good adaptability, which makes me good at communicating with people, even if we don’t speak the same language.
Patience is also one of my strengths. I never get tired or frustrated no matter how many questions I’m asked, or how many times something needs to be explained.
Do you have any specific talents?
I’ve always felt that as long as I keep going, I don’t give up - I’ve learned that through sports. I’m a team player and know that no chain is stronger than the weakest link. I’ve always been told that I’m the type of person who can play everywhere on the pitch. I may not be the best, but I’m always willing to help.
Which instruments do you play?
I play the piano and guitar.
Hobbies and interests
Which sports do you like to participate in?
My main interest is football, that has a special place in my heart. It’s the joy of playing with people, and dominating on the pitch. It’s probably the coolest thing I’ve ever experienced.
What are your hobbies and interests?
My hobby is gaming. I like to distract myself after a long day at work. I am also interested in fitness, soccer and boxing. Recently I have been introduced to fishing with my buddies, which was not that exciting. It was still very calming though, which surprised me.
Questions
How would you describe your mother?
My mother is the best person in the world to me, and she is very respected by our family as she is smart, caring and always wants the best for us. She supports and guides us with love.
How would you describe your father?
My dad is the man of the house, always helpful and loves family more than anything. He is our rock and he always supports us and shows us his unconditional love daily.
What does your family mean to you?
Family means a lot to me, and I have always felt safe in my family. My family are the first people I talk to if I have problems.
My family and friends would describe me as an honest person who never lies. They love being with me because I am reliable, caring and always ready to listen and support them in any situation.
What is your dream travel destination?
I would like to try traveling to China or Japan to experience their culture at some point. I would also like to travel to the US to see the famous cities, landscapes and experience the diverse culture.
What are some of your best experiences?
My best childhood memory is when we won a soccer tournament at OB Stadium before OB played a match. It was in front of packed stands and we won 2-1, with me scoring both goals. It is probably the scariest and funniest childhood memory I could think of.
What is your biggest goal or dream in life?
Right now my goal is to finish my education as a bricklayer, but at some point I would also like to have children.
What are you most proud of?
I’m very proud of my family and parents, especially at the time they came from Turkey to Denmark. They worked and worked hard their whole lives. It’s very special to me and has motivated me going forward. I am also proud of a country like Denmark because I feel safe in the country and because of all the opportunities we have.
How would you describe yourself as a friend?
I am the listener and I always help my friends, understand what they say and support them in all situations.
What do friendships mean to you?
Now I’m in my 20s, and probably don’t have a lot of experience with friendships yet, but for me it’s important to have trust and to be loyal. In good friendships you can challenge each other to grow and improve, both personally and professionally.

Evaluation
The donor has chosen to donate because of a wish to help others become parents, as he sees it as a good way to help society. He also has a financial incentive that has driven him to donate. He has some reflections on the importance of the role of a donor. He has told close relations about his decision. They thought it wasn’t a good decision, but he has remained steadfast and gone ahead anyway.
The intelligence test results place the donor below the average of the population. Overall, based on the results, he can be expected to analyze complex problems and learn in new situations a bit slower than the average population.
In terms of personality, the donor is usually calm, collected and at ease. Others will likely see him as someone in control of his impulses and emotions, and he is good at handling stressful situations while staying composed. Like most people, the donor can worry from time to time and be affected by negative emotions and temperament. It will be very context-dependent, however, when he is, usually in new or unknown situations, or situations that have a degree of personal importance. He can be self-aware and self-monitoring in unknown situations and wants to avoid being awkward, but most of the time the donor is comfortable with his behavior and demeanor, where others might think more of how they are perceived. Socially, the donor can be expected to be gregarious, approachable and entertaining. Others will likely see him as a person who claims his space in social settings and can seek the spotlight. The donor enjoys thrill and excitement, and he is expected to prefer the company of others rather than his own company. At the same time, he is good at voicing his opinion and influencing social groups to fit his agenda, even if it might be at the cost of the status quo, or if it hurts some relations. The donor is likely to be more concerned with having situations go his way than being self-sacrificing. In this way, some might see him as a bit abrasive or domineering, but to many others he will be seen as charismatic and entertaining.
In terms of curiosity, the donor has some aesthetic sense, but he doesn’t seem to be too interested in cultural activities. He is expected to be concerned with the appearance of things almost as much as their practical purpose. While not explicitly fanciful or creative, he does have some appreciation for daydreaming and exploring scenarios in his head. The donor enjoys some routines but also needs variation in his daily life to stay stimulated. He can appreciate the emotions of himself and others to an average degree. In some cases, he might disregard emotions entirely, and in other situations he might dearly treasure the information that emotions can give him. It will depend on the context and the personal importance of the particular situation. Something that is more profoundly present in the personality of the donor is his willingness to discuss ideas and explore abstract subjects. He is stimulated by conversations and engaging with people. The donor might be seen as a person with an opinion on most matters due to his interest in a wide variety of topics. At the same time, the donor is fairly principled, traditional and steadfast, especially when it comes to his professional values. While he is open to exploring some worldviews or political differences, the donor is expected to be somewhat conservative on key issues that he has a strong personal connection to. He usually doesn’t hold back on opinions and can take confrontations without fear of compromising social relations. This can make him seem polemic at times, but he also is good at setting boundaries and marking when he feels crossed.
The donor can also be seen as a person who enjoys recognition and praise for his accomplishments, almost to a point, where he might embellish on some achievements to enjoy further adoration. He is usually quick to promote his strengths and positive sides. He is also helpful, honest and trusting, but the donor also recognizes that not everyone has his best interests at heart.
The donor has a foundational sense of competency but also recognizes the areas in which he has no competency. He is fairly structured, planning and orderly. The donor is disciplined and ambitious on par with the average person, and where he puts his efforts will be mostly context-dependent. He can be a bit lax and laissez-faire when it comes to appointments, agreements and deadlines unless they have a clear personal angle or serious consequences. This makes him more laid back and easy-going than many people, but at the same time it can make him a bit unreliable in some circumstances. The donor has a tendency to trust his intuitions and gut feelings rather than being meticulous and detail-oriented and analyzing. He can be quick to act, which can sometimes cost him in the long run when he makes mistakes that could have been avoided. At the same time, he never acts passively or too late due to “analysis-paralysis”.
Having a low-normal IQ means the donor has reasoning and problem-solving skills at the lower end of the normal range. In the case of our donors, we use people on the job market in Denmark to define a normal person.
