The donor has chosen to donate because he knows several people that have had help from sperm donors. Initially he didn’t take the application too seriously, but since then he’s become very invested in the project and sees it as a great way to help other people.
Intelligence:
In terms of intelligence, the donor has performed above the average for his age group on the screening test. He can be said to be a very quick learner. He is expected to analyse complexity and understand new patterns faster than most other people.
Personality:
In terms of personality, the donor can be said to be a very social person with a high desire to be around other people. He is expected to prefer the company of others over being alone, and he can quickly become bored or restless, especially when he’s by himself.
The donor seems to thrive with an active and exciting lifestyle, where others might see him as a bit of a risk-taker. He will sometimes be optimistic, cheerful and positive, but as with most other people, he can also have times of pessimism and negative thought patterns, worrying about some things, and overthinking others. This can usually happen in circumstances that have a special importance to him.
While he’s not expected to have a great and fierce temperament, in some contexts he can have outbursts and show irritation, like the average person. He can keep a level head under pressure and will largely seem calm and collected, even sometimes a bit unresponsive to situations that would be highly stressful for others. However, there is an impulsive and reckless side to him, given a large degree of confidence as well as not always thinking things through. He can have some difficulty controlling his immediate desires, thoughts or dispositions, unless he has some personal goal in mind.
Overall, others will likely describe the donor as charming and approachable, but there is also a side to him that’s skeptical, scheming and political. It’s likely that few people are let in to his true inner thoughts and feelings, as he might be slow to trust others and is largely concerned with his own well-being rather than that of others. This will likely give the donor a good edge in competitive environments and make him good at taking care of his own priorities, but it can also sometimes make him seem cold, egotistical or callous in some instances.
The donor understands the value of keeping personal agendas hidden and working towards them in a personal manner when it comes to interacting with others. The donor is expected to have a prominent social influence and ability to take initiative and a commanding presence. He doesn’t seem to mind having the spotlight and calling shots in social circles; be it among friends, colleagues or others. To others, he might seem better at talking than listening, and he can be difficult to get a hold of one-on-one. The donor is likely very good at meeting new people and having a large network, but his usually busy schedule can also make him a bit overstimulated and “swamped” compared to others.
Values and interests:
Overall, the donor seems to be a principled and steadfast person with a stubborn side to him as well as a well-established and hard to change worldview. He believes that everyone is responsible for their own fortune and happiness, and that he should focus on himself before taking care of others.
He’s expected to be like most people in terms of emotions, where it’s contextual whether or not he’s interested in exploring his own feelings or that of others. Sometimes he might be very affected by emotions, other times not so much. The donor overall seems to be somewhat creative and fanciful at times, but it’s not a defining characteristic. There might be some cases where he’s interested in beauty and art, but certainly also areas where he’s not.
In general, the donor can be said to possess a great appetite for variation, and he will not enjoy when his life gets bogged down in routines or the “everyday life”. He prefers to switch up his hobbies and activities often; one month he might be heavily invested in one thing, another month it might be something completely different. His work and education as a plumber give him a job where every day can be wildly different, which he enjoys. He seems very hungry for experiencing many different things, but he doesn’t seem to be a person with his head in the clouds and still is grounded and concrete in his thinking much of the time. Others will see him as quite spontaneous, which he enjoys being as well. He can be visionary and abstract from time to time, but it’s not the default.
Work moral and self-perception:
In terms of work ethic, the donor is likely to be viewed as a person with a great deal of confidence in his own abilities, sometimes more than what is warranted. He seems to prefer order and structure in his approach, but at the same time he’s not particularly deliberate or analytical in his decision making. Others will probably see him as a very ambitious person with high standards and a very critical approach, where a product is seldom good enough for him. Others might see him as a bit too competitive with himself and others, and he’s likely to be very self-critical as well.
He seems good at setting personal goals and achieving them, such as fitness plans and the like, where he is very active. The donor is expected to seek recognition and adoration for his work and achievements, and he seems to enjoy taking credit for the work he’s done, as opposed to others that might be more withdrawn and humbler. He’s not expected to be overly concerned with changing his persona to fit the expectations of others unless absolutely necessary. The donor seems to be quite a tease with his own identity and is not particularly worried about embarrassing himself or not “fitting in”.
