What's your diet like?
I care a lot about my diet, with a particular focus on eating foods that have not had a long journey from farm to fork. I strength train at a high level, which is why my diet greatly compliments the effort I have to put in there.

What are your hobbies?
I have a wide range of interests, and with my creative and abstract thoughts I often try to find connections between them. One of the things I find exciting is the different perspectives of history.
I like to be creative with my hands, so I like something I can build - but it has to be an original product, something that I can create myself.

Questions

How would you describe your mother?
My mom is an incredibly energetic woman who is always up to 1000 things. She is always in a good mood and is incredibly good with people. She loves her children and would do anything for them.
How would you describe your father?
My father is a very calm man who can come across as very stoic and as someone who is almost impossible to piss off. However, he comes out in social situations, where he is good at making everyone feel like they are important and matter to him. My father is a real do-it-yourselfer and I’ve learned a lot from him.
What does family mean to you?
My family means a lot to me and is something that in my 20s I think more and more that I should take care of. I try to prioritize time with my family despite a hectic schedule. We are good for both long trips and shorter visits for a cup of coffee.

How would friends and family describe you?
My friends would describe me as funny, quick with a joke and sharp in my rhetoric. They would probably also describe me as odd because of my special interests, but always well-liked.
My family would describe me as determined and very ambitious. Someone who doesn’t show a lot of emotion outwardly, but who really opens up once you get to know me.
Where is your dream travel destination?
I am very well traveled, however, I have yet to go on a trip around Russia and find areas/cities of historical significance.
I have traveled a lot in the US and would love to move there someday. It could be a possibility.
What is your best childhood memory?
My mom’s friend has children the same age as my sister and me. Growing up, the oldest boy and I used to “spy” on the little ones. It was more or less the same game every time we saw each other, and just as fun every time. The excitement and at the same time the fear of being discovered could give a little adrenaline rush. The little ones would often spot us and run after us.
What's your biggest dream or goal in life?
I don’t think you have a static goal. When you reach your goal one day, you just want to set yourself a new goal. Now I’m relatively young and my main goal now is to be financially independent and, if I wanted to, retire from the labor market. However, I look forward to the day when I can call myself a father and follow my children on their journey through life.
What are you most proud of?
At a very young age, I worked and saved up to acquire rental properties. While others went out and prioritized traveling, I kept my focus. However, it must also be said that I am constantly critical of what I achieve and quickly take myself off the pedestal to set new goals. But I also remember to praise myself.
What was your childhood dream job?
I dreamed of becoming a paleontologist.
What sort of friend are you?
I’m a friend who is good at putting my needs aside, and I am very interested in understanding how my friends think in order to understand them. That’s why I actually prefer conversations that are more about the other person than myself. I’m honest and speak my mind.
I’m a friend who is good at putting my needs aside, and I am very interested in understanding how my friends think in order to understand them.

Handwritten text
Hello,
I’m happy to be able to help you as a donor. I know many people who have found it difficult to have children, and for that reason I have chosen to be a donor. To help others.
I’m a very ambitious and determined person in my mid-20s who knows where I want to go in life. In my early adulthood, I have focused on my financial goals, but still managed to combine it with my interests and creative skills.
I love entrepreneurship. Creating something from scratch and seeing it become a success. I’m good at abstract thinking and often ponder life’s big questions. I enjoy my own company, but am also incredibly fond of meaningful conversations and moments with those I care about.
I’m cheerful, see the glass as half full and am always ready with a joke. However, there is no guarantee that it will be good. I care a lot about my health. I work out a lot, eat healthy and meditate. I love the outdoors and being in the moment.

Psychologist opinion

Evaluation
The donor has chosen to donate because he’s concerned with the societal implications of having poor birth rates and increasing problems with conception across the population. He has a girlfriend who’s a wet nurse, and he’s a physical therapist himself, and health and healthy living is a prominent topic of conversation in the household. He feels it as somewhat of a responsibility to help if he can, since he also knows people who’ve had these problems.

Intelligence:
In terms of intelligence, the donor has performed within the average for his age group on the intelligence test. He can be said to be like most people in terms of learning and analyzing complex problems. Some things he will be good at and quick to recognize patterns in, and in other circumstances he will be a bit slower.

Personality:
In terms of personality, the donor is expected to be exceptionally calm and composed, even under massive pressure. The donor has a business besides his normal job as a physical therapist and finds it to be a manageable workload. He’s not prone to worrying in most cases, unless there’s a very clear reason to do so. The donor can therefore be viewed by others as very reactive to many concerns that others might be more proactive about, and he might be a bit late in terms of reacting to potential risks or negative consequences as he doesn’t pay much attention to them or ignores them. This can make the donor very good at staying level-headed and not worrying or feeling anxious for no reason, but it can also make him prone to tone down most problems that others present.

He is not likely to show a temper unless it’s provoked greatly, and the donor has a very high degree of impulse control. He’s not likely to seek much feedback from his surroundings or be plagued by feelings of negativity or inadequacy. At the same time, he can seem extremely confident and a believer in possibilities. He’s expected to be very deliberate and calculating, which can make him slow (but correct) in most of his actions. Others will likely see him as a very stoic person with an almost phlegmatic demeanor and a reflective attitude.

He’s prone to thinking things through to a very high degree, and he’s expected to challenge ideas constantly and being creative, abstract and visionary. He can get many ideas with his business for example, which is why he’s also partnered with someone who’s more of a realist and can keep him practical and grounded.

While the donor can be quite philosophical, analytical and explorative, he is also very rational and logical in his thinking without putting much stock in emotions and emotional expression. This can make him seem a bit cold and callous from a certain perspective. Also, others will see him as more of a problem-solver than a listener or someone you can share your emotions with.

Values and interests:
He seems to have very scientific values and prefers to be knowledgeable. The donor seems to be aesthetically engaged and prioritizes art, culture and beauty in general. Others might describe him as quite a reserved individual with few, but close, friends. He seems to prefer either solitude or intimate relationships. Small-talk can be exhausting for him, and he doesn’t find it interesting at all to have superficial conversations.

To most people, he might seem like someone who takes a while to open up and reveal his inner working, and he can spend a long time by himself and be perfectly happy. At the same time, the donor seems assertive and very active in many ways. When he does engage in social activities, he seems to influence and take some control. The donor can be very specific about what he wants and take up a lot of space when being around friends.

He likes excitement, risks and feeling alive in the things that he does. He is largely optimistic and a believer in possibilities rather than limitations. The donor will likely be seen as someone who’s focused on personal gain and his own goals, most of the time. He will help friends and immediate family in a self-sacrificial way, but this behavior doesn’t extend out to other people, or at least rarely so. He seems to believe in personal responsibility and being able to take care of oneself. This can make him seem a bit harsh and unhelpful to others, but at the same time the donor is good at not being taken advantage of.

Work moral and self perception:
He’s good at being strategic and political for his own gains. He seems extremely confident and quite dutiful and ambitious. The donor is not necessarily a stickler for order and clear structure, but he does set very high standards for himself and others, and he’s good at reaching personal goals. While the donor strives for great results, he might also sometimes forget to relax and not take everything too seriously. Others will see him as a very hard worker and someone with quite the perfectionist attitude and a very high work capacity. The donor might find it hard to say no to new tasks, and he is more likely to burn out without realizing it, rather than hitting the brakes in time, if he ever would become stressed out.
