Evaluation
The donor has chosen to donate because he has a close friend who, along with his partner, underwent fertility treatment. Seeing their hardships and trouble made him want to help other people with becoming parents through donations. He has a big desire to help other people where he can, and this seemed like a good opportunity.
Intelligence:
In terms of intelligence, the donor performed above the average for his age group on the screening test. He can be said to learn quicker than others and be good at analysing complexity and recognizing patterns.
Personality:
In terms of personality, the donor is largely characterized by a calm demeanour and a very low temperament. While the donor can be outspoken, optimistic and very accommodating socially, he is rarely expected to show great bursts of temper. Nor is he expected to be very negative or even worried that much in general. Others will likely see him as a person with a great confidence in his own abilities and few considerations of what might go wrong with his endeavours or those of others. In this way, the donor is often not prepared for when things do go wrong, as the concerns never entered his mind in the first place. However, he will likely be good at taking action and keeping calm under pressure.
When described by others, he’s not likely to come across as a reckless or impulsive person either, usually being good at withholding immediate wants and desires. He’s expected to be less self-conscious than other people and not worry too much about what others think of him. He seems comfortable with being who he is. Embarrassment about things he’s done does not last long. He seems quick to move on from mistakes and not being nagged by them, which can also make him prone to make the same mistake twice sometimes and not being as concerned with feedback as others.
Socially, he’s as comfortable being with others as he is being alone. While the donor seeks stimulation, challenges and new, exciting experiences, he’s not necessarily prone to be overtly extroverted and seeking the spotlight constantly. He’s expected to be very open and warm-hearted when interacting with others, though he might be better at talking than listening. He’s more than happy to let others take charge, but if he’s in a passive group at work for example or gets impatient, the donor will seek to influence the group. The donor is not someone to directly seek attention or acknowledgement for his work necessarily, as he will prioritize acknowledging others just as much.
Values and interests:
Overall, the donor seems to be honest, straightforward and trusting of others. He doesn’t seem to want hidden agendas or be manipulative unless it serves a very important and specific purpose to him. The donor believes in helping other people, even if it means sacrificing his own needs and priorities to be of help. In this way, the donor has tried to work on himself in this aspect, so his altruism doesn’t become all-encompassing.
He’s likely to seek friendly environments and avoid conflicts, even if it means putting away his own opinions sometimes. If there’s some grave disagreement, the donor might voice his opinion anyway. He might seem a bit naïve in the eyes of others, and his sympathetic side is a very characteristic trait. He wants to help the less fortunate.
The donor’s interests are likely very varied and mutable. He seems to have a lively imagination with a special talent for being creative and visionary, also making him seem like a person with his head in the clouds sometimes. He is likely to have an opinion on most things and wanting to talk about almost anything with an open mind. He’s expected to be interested in philosophical discussions and abstractions, and the donor probably has many hobbies that switch out from time to time to serve his constant need for variation and change. He seems to be very tolerant of most other worldviews, which can also make it hard to figure out what his principles and beliefs are, as he will likely change his mind many times given the information he’s presented with. Though he has many interests, the arts and culture in general are not really among them.
Work moral and self-perception:
In terms of work ethic, the donor will likely be viewed as a hard worker with a strong belief in doing one’s best in almost every case. He has a very strong conviction in his own capabilities, which also makes him take on challenges and tasks he’s not necessarily ready for. The donor is not one to shy away from responsibilities or work, though, and he has a strong discipline to get things done.
The donor probably enjoys some degree of structure and planning when doing projects, and he’s not likely to adjust as quickly to sudden changes in the plan or constant chaos as others might be. The donor works as a consultant in the debt collection business, but his true passion is within the property business, where he works independently and wants to go full-time. He seems to have a high workload capacity in this sense. As for decision-making, it will be context-dependent whether he is intuitive or more deliberate and analytical in his approach.
