What's your diet like?
I generally eat a healthy and varied diet because I can feel that it gives me energy and well-being in everyday life. My diet consists mainly of whole grains, vegetables, fruit, lean meat and good sources of fat. I prioritize protein-rich food as I’m a strength trainer and want to support my training and recovery. At the same time, I also believe that there should be room to enjoy life - so I also allow myself to eat chips, sweets or a good dinner in good company. For me, health is all about balance, and diet is an important part of the whole, where both physical and mental well-being are connected.
I want to be a sperm donor because I want to help people who find it difficult to have children fulfill their dream of having a family. I know how much of an impact having a child can have and it feels meaningful to me to be able to contribute to something so important in the lives of others.
What are your personal strengths?
Responsibility: I take responsibility for my relationships, my work and my own development - and I do so with care and integrity.
Stability: I am a stable and present person, both in everyday life and when others need support. I can be counted on.
Commitment: When I commit to something, I do it wholeheartedly - whether it’s about my work, my family or my interests.
Empathy and openness: I can easily put myself in others’ shoes and build trusting relationships through good communication and genuine interest.
Self-discipline: I am persistent and structured - for example, I get up early to exercise so I can balance my own needs with time with my family.
Joy of life: I have a positive approach to life and try to meet people and challenges with good humor and curiosity.
Development-oriented: I strive to learn, grow and be a better version of myself - physically, mentally and personally.
What do friendships mean to you?
Friendships mean a lot to me because they are a natural part of a meaningful and balanced life. I value honest and stable relationships where you can be yourself, share joys and challenges and support each other. As in my family and work life, I value closeness, trust and loyalty - and I make an effort to be a present and reliable friend. Friendships provide energy, joy and perspective and are an important part of my social and emotional foundation.
Do you have any specific characteristics?
I’m a positive and energetic person who is committed to living a balanced life with both health and presence. I prioritize family, which is why I get up early every morning to pursue my hobby of strength training so I can be fully present with my family after work.
I am passionate about my work and make a virtue of delivering a professionally strong and proper job. As a person, I am open, committed and a good communicator, which I use actively in my daily work to support and develop children, parents, colleagues and other institutions. I am motivated by making a difference and creating value for others - both professionally and personally.
What instruments do you play?
None.
Hobbies and interests
What sports do you like to participate in?
Strength training and boxing. They are two different sports, but both require endurance and discipline.
What are your hobbies?
My biggest hobby is strength training, which I do early in the morning several times a week. It gives me energy, strength and mental energy - and I enjoy the fact that it’s my own time to focus and start the day well.
I also spend a lot of time cooking and am generally interested in diet and cooking. I like to experiment in the kitchen and find meals that both taste good and support my lifestyle. Food for me is both a passion and a way to be present - especially when I cook for my family.
I’m also interested in health and personal development. I enjoy learning new things and learning more about how we function both physically and mentally. And community and family life mean a lot to me - it’s where I find peace, joy and meaning in everyday life.

Where is your dream travel destination?
I really want to travel to the US because it has so much variety and many opportunities for unique experiences. I’m fascinated by the vast landscapes - from national parks like the Grand Canyon and Yosemite to sunny California beaches and iconic cities like New York and San Francisco.
I love the idea of being able to combine nature experiences with city life, and I find the American food culture, sports and lifestyle exciting to experience first-hand. The US has something for everyone - and I dream of a trip where I can experience new places, find inspiration and create memories for life.
What's your favourite childhood memory?
One of my best childhood memories is a trip to a summer cottage with my grandmother. It was a small, cozy house close to the water, where time passed at a completely different pace. We baked buns together, took long walks along the beach and collected stones and shells, which we washed and put on the windowsill. In the evenings, she lit candles and we played cards or read books under blankets. I can still remember the smell of her tea and the sound of the rain on the roof. She always had time, and I felt seen, heard and safe - just as I was. It wasn’t a vacation with wild experiences, but it was the calm, close and loving nature that made it so special.
What's your biggest dream or goal in life?
To be the best father to my children and the best husband to my
wife.
What are you most proud of?
That I have created a family where there is room for love, closeness, openness and honesty. That I have a good education, a good job, a healthy economy and a house. I’m proud to have achieved that as a human being.
What was your childhood dream job?
I dreamed of becoming a police officer.
What sort of friend are you?
I am a loyal, stable and attentive friend. I make an effort to be there for those I care about - both in the small everyday things and when they really needs support in life. I listen, show up and say things honestly, but always with respect and care.
Just like in my family and work life, I take responsibility in my relationships and prioritize time and presence. I believe that good friendships require investment and genuine interest, and I always try to contribute with confidence, humor and good energy.
I prioritize family, which is why I get up early every morning to pursue my hobby of strength training so I can be fully present with my family after work.

Evaluation
The donor has chosen to donate because he has four children himself and he wants other people to have the same opportunities. His wife’s sister has had a donor-child, and that was something that brought the idea to his mind. He researched the scope of the fertility problems at large in society, discussed the issue with his wife, and they agreed that he should apply to help others.
Intelligence:
In terms of intelligence, the donor has performed within the average for his age group on the screening test. The donor was a bit nervous about taking the test, as logical testing has never been his strong suit, in his own opinion. He can be expected to learn and identify patterns on par with most other people, some things quicker than others. He will be a quick learner in some cases, in others not so much.
Personality:
In terms of personality, the donor is largely defined by characteristic, strong principles and a will to stand up for them. The donor seems like a largely calm, collected and controlled person, but when things seem unjust, unreasonable or like something that doesn’t make sense, he is quick to point this out and be firm about his opinions. He can have somewhat of a temper from time to time which both reflects passion and a good ability to establish boundaries, which has helped him a lot as a parent.
He works in childcare with school children and has a lot of contact with young individuals, guiding them and helping them develop in a good way. This speaks to the donor’s ability to take charge and influence others with a natural preference for authority in some way. He has no issue stepping back and letting others take the reins, but if no one does, he will be one of the first to step up. He is at ease with his persona and rarely seems self-conscious, though he is a reflective individual.
The donor can enjoy some degree of activity and a busy lifestyle, but he also needs time to recharge, as a life with 4 kids can require quite the amount of energy. He can be very social and gregarious but also needs time to himself. He is not outwardly seeking excitement on a day-to-day basis but can enjoy it every now and then. The donor seems to have more worries than other people, mostly related to worries about being a good father and husband, as well as his wife and kids’ well-being and thriving. When interacting with other people, he is likely to be viewed as respectful and also strategic in his approach to others. If he disagrees, he doesn’t shy away from conflicts or discussions, especially if he has strong opinions on a topic. He does his diligence to be informed about the topics he discusses. He does enjoy getting recognition and actively seeks it from others. The donor can seem a bit unsympathetic or callous in the eyes of others, likely because he has a strong opinion on personal responsibility.
Values and interests:
The donor is not the most creative or imaginative person at heart, and he mostly leaves the more fanciful thinking to other people. At the same time, others will likely see him as quite curious and as someone who enjoys academic and abstract thinking. He’s likely to have an opinion about most topics, and he does enjoy learning new things more so than most other people. Especially when it comes to learning new things that make him better at his job, which he takes quite seriously. To others, the donor will seem like quite a principled person with some degree of stubbornness compared to others. The donor himself mentions that this was more apparent in his youth, where he is now more curious about the worldviews of others. But even so, he might seem intimidating to others in his way of delivering his convictions. He is not oblivious to the emotions of others and does have some interest in taking this into account when interacting with others.
He seems to enjoy routines when it comes to fitness in the morning and the family life, but other than that, the donor does need some stimulation in the form of variation in his life.
Work moral and self-perception:
The donor seems in many ways to be an ambitious person in his work-life and his free time. He wants to do well as a father, be fit, healthy and a good husband. He also strives to do well at his job and has taken further education in pedagogy to become better at what he does. In his latest exam, he expected the best possible outcome due to high standards for himself within his profession. He wants things done right and with a sense of duty to be thoughtful, deliberate and professional in the development of children.
He seems to have a strong sense of discipline and wants to be effective and make an impact in the things he does. This can make him seem critical of himself and of others. He places duty and obligations high on his priorities, which can make it harder for him to relax. The donor can have some risk of burning out if he’s not careful, but he also seems to have a high work capacity. He puts the needs of others before himself, especially when it comes to work and family, which leaves little in the way of being altruistic or helpful towards any other people.
Having a normal IQ means the donor has the reasoning and problem solving skills of a normal person. In the case of our donors we use the people on the job market in Denmark to define a normal person.
