Our impressions
Donor Loke is a very talkative and outgoing young man. He was inspired to become a donor by his roommate, who is also a donor. Before making the decision, he talked a lot about it with his friends, which shows that he thought it through carefully and became confident that this was something he truly wanted to do.
He is a university student and also works part-time in a campaign department. Loke enjoys training and doing sports with his friends. He also likes cooking at home and is good at bringing people together in that way. Loke is a tall, handsome man with light hair and blue-green eyes – all in all, someone many would find attractive.
It’s easy for me to help others become parents in this way. Plus, I gain insight into my own health and I get some compensation.

Questions
How would you describe your mother?
My mother is very, very hardworking and very loving and thoughtful. For example, she wanted an iPad for her 40th birthday so she could give us an iPad as she couldn’t afford one herself. I think that says a lot about her.
How would you describe your father?
My father is also very, very hardworking. He loves to joke around, he’s conflict-averse, generous and very good at maintaining relationships and forming new ones. He can also fix just about anything.
What does family mean to you?
Everything. They are the ones I can always count on and the ones I will always do anything for. I’ll say it again: relationships are the meaning of life.
I hope they will say that I am funny, reliable, patient and generous. Especially that I always give my time to others.
Furthermore, I hope they will emphasize my cooking skills, which I enjoy sharing.
That’s what I hope.
Where is your dream travel destination?
Japan, because I really want to try skiing in Japan.
New Zealand, because I think the nature looks crazy.
South Africa, because I think the history is interesting and I want to go on safari.
What's your favourite childhood memory?
Countless ski vacations have been really nice and have sparked my interest in skiing, which I really love today. I also remember a lot of trips to summer cottages, where we have been together as a family for many days.
What's your biggest dream or goal in life?
My goals in life are to be happy every day and look forward to getting up. Get a job I enjoy and that allows me to experience the things I want to. I also dream of good health for myself and my family.
What are you most proud of?
I’m proud of my friends and family. I’m also proud that I’m in a good place in life today, which is mainly due to my own actions. I’m also proud of the fact that I always succeed when I set my mind to something.
What was your childhood dream job?
As a child, I dreamed of becoming a soccer player.
What sort of friend are you?
I'm the one who's always there, whether it's moving or just listening and maybe giving advice.
My goals in life are to be happy every day and look forward to getting up.

Evaluation
The donor has chosen to donate because his roomie became a donor, and after hearing about it, he thought it would be a very good way to help other people at very little cost to himself.
Intelligence:
In terms of intelligence, the donor has performed within the average for his age group on the screening test. He can be said to be like most people in that he will be quick to learn some things and others less so. He has a reasonable ability to analyse complexity.
Personality:
In terms of personality, the donor can be said to be a generally very calm and composed individual with a low propensity for worries or negative thoughts. While it’s not impossible for him to be in a negative state of mind, it’s likely to be far from the standard or his preference. In this way, the donor is rarely one to focus on negative aspects of a situation or to contemplate for long on what could go wrong. This can be both an advantage and a disadvantage, as others might see him as someone that doesn’t acknowledge relevant concerns or spends appropriate amounts of time being proactive to avoid negative consequences.
He’s likely to be a person that doesn’t take every scenario into account when reflecting on the best course of action. In this way, he can be more of a risk-taker than other people, which can also be a good thing. He’s expected to be good at handling stress and pressured situations without being overwhelmed. The donor is not likely to show much of a temper or great mood swings. Mostly, others will likely describe him as a positive and optimistic person with a cheerful and charming persona.
The test indicates a person with a high degree of extroversion and willingness to spend time with others. He seems to prefer social gatherings over being by himself, even though he can enjoy time alone every now and then. He is likely to be very good at connecting with other people, which also makes him likely to have a large network. He will probably be seen as a warm, accommodating and inviting personality.
While he doesn’t seem to enjoy talking too much about himself, the donor has a clear preference for being part of decisions and having an influence in his social circles. If he has opinions, people are likely to be made aware of them, and he’s not necessarily shy about verbal confrontation if he deems something worth fighting for. While he is likely good at socializing, the donor can also be less straightforward than others and can be concerned with keeping hidden agendas and being a bit strategic, political and manipulative in his interactions, which can serve him well in many settings.
Values and interests:
The donor is politically active and works with campaigning and video creation in the Danish political world while being a student. The donor seems to enjoy taking risks and having a bit of excitement in his life, which can make him someone that gets bored more easily than others. He’s good at keeping a busy schedule. While he does stick to some routines that give a sense of continuity and discipline to his everyday life, he also likes variation in his workdays for example, where there’s great differences in tempo and activities. He can be a creative and fanciful person but with little appreciation for arts or traditional cultural activities.
He seems keen on being a bit visionary and thinking outside the box, often being the one in groups to come up with weird or fringe ideas. Others might see him as someone who loves a good discussion about ideas and abstractions, seeing many perspectives all at once.
The donor is largely concerned with helping others and often lends his assistance to others, even at the detriment of his own wants and needs. This self-sacrificing behaviour seems to be at the core of his values. He believes in the good intentions of other people, but he can also be sceptical of authorities and ask questions when he finds it relevant.
Work moral and self-perception:
In terms of work ethic, the donor can be described as ambitious and hard to please. He can be critical and a bit of a perfectionist, but he also has a very strong core belief in his own abilities. He seems to prefer not talking too much about himself, though he also seems to want acknowledgement and recognition for his work and accomplishments. The donor is expected to like structure, attention to detail and doing one’s best in everything you put your mind to. The donor can be hard on himself and others in this regard, but he seems disciplined and good at getting things done. He can be a bit indecisive sometimes, because he is more analytical and deliberate than most people, instead of going by instinct. The donor can have difficulty adjusting to changing circumstances and chaotic situations.
Having a normal IQ means the donor has the reasoning and problem solving skills of a normal person. In the case of our donors we use the people on the job market in Denmark to define a normal person.
