The donor has chosen to donate because of a wish to help others. He doesn’t have children of his own but wants to give that joy to others. He has discussed the implications of being a donor with his girlfriend, and he is ready to help others in this way.
Intelligence:
In terms of intelligence, the donor has performed within the average of the general population on the screening test. The donor can be said to recognize and analyze complexity fairly well, like most others, and he will sometimes be quick to recognize patterns and learn, and at other times less so.
Personality:
In terms of personality, the donor can largely be said to be defined by a context-specific attitude. Within almost all the domains of personality measured by the test, the donor scores within the average, giving him the capacity for many kinds of behaviors across multiple contexts, but never so much to one side, that he has directly defining traits compared to others as such. The only place in which the donor is more prominent in his scores than others, is in terms of compliance. While the donor may have opinions and a wish to confront others sometimes, he mainly seeks to avoid confrontation and conflict with others, unless it’s necessary. In this way, the donor can be said to be quite diplomatic and respectful of authorities and less skeptical than the average person.
When it comes to handling stress and anxiety, the donor is like most people. Some things can worry him more than others, but generally he will be perceived as a person with ups and downs in mood. He will most likely be concerned about negative outcomes and what can go wrong when it’s about something he has a great personal interest in. The donor can be stressed out but will generally be calm and good at handling pressured situations. He has the capacity to think negative thoughts and be pessimistic like most others, but he will rarely have these feelings for long periods of time. He can show a temper from time to time, but likely this will be an internal frustration that not many people get to see, to avoid confrontations. The donor can be embarrassed and self-conscious in new and unknown social situations, but he is mostly well at ease with his persona and behavior. In this way, the donor is neither a neurotic, overthinking nervous wreck, nor a stone cold, unemotional and overly controlled personality.
The donor can switch between being introverted and extroverted. Sometimes he enjoys the company of others, sometimes he likes to be alone or just with close friends. He can switch between being very active and focusing on one thing at a time. The donor is usually an optimist, but he doesn’t take things for granted. Though, when the donor has put in an effort, as with exams for example, he also expects positive outcomes. He is probably a bit reserved when meeting new people, and he doesn’t always seek the center of attention. But the donor can also show some assertiveness when he needs to, and those that know him well can identify a certain warmth to him. This makes him neither a theatrical, dramatic, overly excited extrovert, nor a reclusive loner who prefers to stay in the background. The donor can seek some excitement like roller coasters, but he’s not prone to wild behavior like sky-diving or excessive gambling.
Values and interests:
The donor can switch between being explorative, open-minded, mutable or curious, and being grounded, pragmatic, rational and logically minded without much creativity. He is expected to enjoy music and find art interesting, but he’s not one to visit museums on his own initiative. The donor can be creative when he wants to be but is neither an artist nor a purely technical person. He is more open to worldviews and traditions than most people but is expected to have some traditional values and hard principles that he stands by.
The donor is usually fairly trusting, honest and modest, making him well-liked by others. But the donor can also be competitive, strategic and skeptic if he is determined to be so and a situation holds personal meaning. He is not likely to be taken too much advantage of by others, and he can take care of his self-interests in a modest and socially acceptable way.
Work moral and self perception:
The donor seems to strike a fair balance between being laid back and being a hard worker. His passions are usually what will determine where he puts his effort. Sometimes he can be perfectionistic, orderly and critical, and at other times he can be viewed as casual and a bit lazy in the eyes of some.
He is not prone to realize his potential in every situation, but he also knows when to cut back, not take on too much responsibility, and give himself time to let loose and enjoy life. Thus, the donor is not prone to stressing himself out or being too laissez faire. He put in a great amount of effort during his time at the university and is proud of his achievements there.
