Evaluation
The donor has been thinking about the decision to donate for a long while. He has seen ads for it multiple times, and since one of his older siblings has had children, it has become clear to him how much it means to others. He wants to help and sees this as a “low effort – high impact” way of doing so. He also thinks the compensation is good, especially as a student.
Intelligence:
In terms of intelligence, the donor has performed within the average for his age group on the screening test. He can be expected to learn and analyse complexity on par with most others. Some things he will be quick to pick up and other things not so much.
Personality:
In terms of personality, the donor can be said to be largely social and approachable, though in his own words he actually recharges his batteries better by being alone. The donor can feel especially comfortable in small, intimate gatherings, but is also perfectly fine with being by himself. He seems to have an easy time making new relations and meeting people.
Others might see him as a bit of a dominant personality who’s better at talking than listening, but he also is able to take charge and initiative in social gatherings. He might seek attention to some degree and like to have influence in general. Others will probably describe him as charismatic, diplomatic, friendly and very talkative.
Overall, the donor seems to enjoy focusing on one project and activity at a time, and he’s not likely to fill his calendar up with too many things at once. The donor might also prefer being safe and not too daring in his activities, maybe skipping something like racing and bungee-jumping or the like.
He’s likely to be very optimistic, hopeful, and someone who believes he and others can succeed with anything they put their mind to. In the eyes of others, he might seem a bit carefree and unrealistic in his optimism, but that’s not likely to shake him. Mostly, the donor seems emotionally stable outwardly, though he can react to things on the inside. He’s not likely to have much of a temper, and he will seem very patient in the eyes of others. The donor seems comfortable with his own persona and is not likely to be too concerned with others’ opinions of him. He is good at controlling his own impulses and seems to be thoughtful and deliberate in his approach rather than intuitive and impulsive.
The donor is expected to be very good at handling pressure, and he’s also likely good at moving on and not being taken hostage by negative emotions. He can worry and be proactive like most people, but compared to others, he’s much more likely to tone down problems and try to have a positive outlook.
The donor can be a bit of a pleaser and someone who lets his boundaries be moved more often than not. According to himself, he’s not afraid of confrontation, but he’s also very likely to listen to others and have sympathy for their point of view. There is a certain risk that others might take advantage of his self-sacrificing and trusting nature, where the donor might be more prone to give people the benefit of the doubt, even when he shouldn’t. The donor is sympathetic and empathetic to a point where he might be too willing to take on the problems of others, but he also feels a good ability to balance his own needs with the needs of others. He seems to be very honest and straightforward, preferring not to play games with others or be manipulative or strategic.
Values and interests:
The donor seems to be defined by a desire to be explorative and curious in his approach to the ideas, traditions and values of others. The donor is good at taking in many different perspectives, which can also make his convictions and principles somewhat mutable. He’s very careful not to be too bombastic in his declarations, and he’s always open to changing his mind.
He seems to enjoy abstract conversations, deep dialogues and big problems and questions. He’s expected to be more visionary than concrete in his thinking and he seems to enjoy variation more than constant routines. The donor can be somewhat creative, academically inclined and a little philosophical at times. He’s a law student which also showcases his interest for complex discussions.
Work moral and self-perception:
In terms of work ethic, the donor is careful not to describe himself as a perfectionist. He’s okay with not doing everything perfectly and lowering standards in some cases, but mostly the test indicates an ambitious, disciplined and structured person, who’s good at setting personal goals and achieving them. Once he’s passionate about something, it can be hard to satisfy his standards, and he can be self-critical at times. Others will likely see him as a hard worker with a preference for being planning and analytical rather than rash and acting on gut feeling. He seems to prefer data and good evidence to act on rather than previous experiences.
