From the moment you meet Orvar, it's clear why people are drawn to him. What's your diet like?

I eat a healthy and varied diet with a focus on fruits, vegetables, proteins and whole grains, but also sometimes enjoy more casual dishes. Diet and exercise go hand in hand for me and I actively look after my body for energy, wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle.

I like football and handball because it's both fun and challenging. I enjoy the social aspect and working with the team, while at the same time it provides good exercise and strengthens my fitness, coordination and concentration. Sport gives me energy and balance in everyday life. I have practiced several sports such as Judo, basketball, badminton.

My hobbies and interests are mainly football, sports, training and investments. I play football and do sports because it gives me energy, strength and joy, while cooperation and competition motivate me. Exercise is important for my health and balance in everyday life. How would friends and family describe you?

My family and friends would describe me as warm and with a great sense of humour. They would say that I am always ready to help and be there for others and that I am not afraid to have difficult conversations when needed. I always try to be present, honest and reliable in my relationships.

Where is your dream travel destination?

My dream trip is to visit Hawaii because I love nature, the beach and the relaxed island life. I'm drawn to the beautiful landscapes, volcanoes and opportunities for both relaxation and active experiences like hiking and surfing. It would be a perfect combination of adventure and tranquility.

What's your biggest dream or goal in life?

My biggest goal in life is to become financially independent while living a life with balance, joy and meaning. I want to develop myself personally, create good relationships and experience the world while being able to contribute positively to others and feel that I am making a difference.

What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my ability to take responsibility for myself and my actions, and of having built a stable and healthy lifestyle. At the same time, I'm proud of my children and seeing them grow up with good values. It means a lot to me to be able to balance my personal goals, training and work while being a reliable and caring parent and role model.

Describe some of your best experiences.

Some of my best experiences are vacations with my family and children. I especially remember trips where we spent time together in nature, at the beach or on small adventures abroad, experiencing new places and cultures together. It gave us time to socialise, laugh and make memories that we can all look back on fondly. Watching the children explore, learn and have fun with us makes these experiences special.

How would you describe your own personality?

I am a warm and empathetic person who emphasizes honesty and respect in my relationships. I am curious and reflective and I always try to understand people around me. I have a positive and calm approach to life, while being responsible and reliable in my actions. I enjoy helping others and it gives me joy to be able to contribute something meaningful. Health, well-being and balance are important to me and I always try to live my life with care and integrity.

What was your childhood dream job?

My dream was to become a police officer.

The donor chose to donate because of an experience he had earlier in his life. When he was with his former partner, they got pregnant on their first try and when they told friends about it, there were mixed reactions. Some were sad because they had been through long fertility treatment programs themselves. These stories broadened the donor's perspective on fertility and he has thought a lot about donating since.
