What is your diet like?
I eat to support my training and overall health, based on science and personal preference. That’s why I’m primarily focused on getting enough vegetables and fruits and quality protein in large enough quantities that it’s suitable for me to train a lot. During periods when I have trained particularly hard, or during periods when I have cut body fat, I have been very focused on my diet, but primarily on the macronutrient level. So diet is not really that important to me in itself, but a means to something else. And because I have trained a lot and played sports at elite level, I’ve considered my diet primarily as a way of fueling my body and keep it healthy.
I’ve always had a good sense about people. I can immediately tell if someone has bad or good intentions. People who sweet-talks and charms those around them often makes me suspicious. Countless times, I have warned those around me against certain people, and I’ve always been right about my intuition.
Which instruments do you play?
I play the trumpet.
Hobbies and interests
Which sports do you like to participate in?
As an adult, I’ve been running and strength training since I was 18, and powerlifting, weightlifting and CrossFitting at high amateur level and periodically at elite level. These sports support my practice within the Armed Forces shooting, orienteering and doing obstacle courses. I love using my body and I have explored many types of movement and sports, including swimming, climbing/bouldering, basketball, various types of martial arts and football.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I have always had many hobbies. In the practical sphere, I practice bushcraft and survival in several different areas. Besides the challenge of surviving in nature on my own, it also has significant relevance in my work. The bushcraft element is partly historical and cultural interest, and partly an aesthetic element. For example by exploring the limits of what natural materials and leather from animals you can hunt yourself can provide you with in the arctic regions.
Questions
What does your family mean to you?
My family means a lot to me. We don’t have to talk often, but we are always there for each other. We’re a big family but we get together often to celebrate birthdays and life events. We always help each other, practically, with emotions in difficult times. We are happy for each other in the happy moments, we celebrate each other, financially we also like to help and advice those in less fortunate situations, for instance those who study. We make sure everyone shares experiences together, also the older and the younger members of our family.
How would your friends and family describe you?
When I ask friends and family, they describe me as humorous. The one that does a happy dance in the middle of the supermarket to provoke smiles with my family and friends. The one who makes things happen, and the one who follows through with what I start. They describe me as being strong, and as someone they have faith in to handle anything, someone who’s rarely down or having a hard time.
In general, others see me as optimistic and full of energy, with lots of drive and speed and independency, but I’m always ready to help others.
Some also describe me as being quite stubborn. This is both good, because it makes you achieve a lot, but of course it also means that friends and family often have to live with my need to thoroughly discuss subjects.
What are you most proud of?
That my family and I always do our best to be the best version of ourselves and make ourselves better. I am also proud that I generally do a lot for others and to do good things for my fellow human beings without expecting to get anything in return.
For one instance, I am a blood donor and I make a virtue of being kind on larger and smaller levels. I like doing kind gestures like opening the door for others. I think those little things mean a lot, especially if we all do those little things every day.
Among my best experiences are having my children and meeting them for the first time, memories with family, and also good moments with my friends. I am also a person who has experienced many big things in relations to my work. I’ve been deployed, jumped out of planes and been part of teams that saved people whose lives were in danger. Making a real difference in the lives of others have touched me a lot.
How would you describe your personality?
In general, I am a very engaged person with a lot of nerdy interest. I have a general curiosity to know as much as possible about as much as possible.
I think many would describe me as loyal and someone who keeps his word. I talk a lot and I have an opinions on everything and I enjoy discussing everything from my work, to the fall of the Roman Empire, to EU politics. In general, almost everything I do, I do with a purpose and for the long-term potential. Not so much ‘for fun’.
One of my role models is my grandfather, who in his younger days traveled in Greenland and worked in some of the most uninhabited parts of the country. He came home with stories about the wild arctic climate and polar bear skins from bears he had shot.

Whatever the reason and motivation for fertility treatment might be, the result is as world-changing and revolutionary as one can imagine in their wildest dreams. My experience and journey with parenthood has so far never been boring. I would have difficulty recognizing myself from before I had children – or even before I had many children!
Getting to know yourself as a mother, father and parents in general is almost as big as experiencing the personality found in your child. They are, from my point of view, immensely different from each other, even early on.
But you will probably soon have your own experience with all of that.

Evaluation
The donor is well reflected about the decision to become a donor. He has been open about his decision and has talked to his wife about it. The donor also donates blood as well as blood-plasma. He has three children himself and wants to help others where he can. His wife is supportive and is looking into egg-donation herself. The donor has cognitive abilities to logically reason on par with the average person. He can be expected to be decent at analyzing complex problems.
The donor would characterize himself as a resilient and will-powered individual. He has experience in the military and is a leader. He has a strong will, and he rarely ever gives up. The donor is intellectually curious, and he cares about being a provider and making sure that his family is comfortable. He sees himself as caring and focused on doing the right thing as a father.
In terms of emotional stability, the donor is hardly ever affected by stress. He is in absolute control of his impulses, and he is rarely ever someone who shows a temper. The donor rarely worries, and he is not overcome with negative emotions. Sometimes others might have a hard time getting a reaction from him. He’s comfortable in his own skin and is not worried about how others see him. The donor’s tendency not to worry can sometimes be a problem for him, in the sense that he doesn’t foresee potential problems that others might. Where others might be receptive to feedback, the donor is usually comfortable with his own persona in a sense that he has a challenging time changing the way he is. The donor is not a quiet person, and he is very robust. As an example, the donor mentions the way he and his wife have a dynamic in their family life where he is the one who must remain calm when situations escalate.
Socially, the donor is quite outgoing. He is a gregarious person. And he shows warmth towards people he meets. The donor is socially quite dominant and likes to influence social relations and social gatherings. He has no problem taking the spotlight and often enjoys having the spotlight. The donor has an active personality and enjoys multiple projects going on at the same time and is also optimistic in his outlook on life and the world. He prefers spending time with others as opposed to spending time by himself. The donor mentions that he tends to “over-communicate” and is highly active as a leader in the workplace. Based on the test results, he might have a tough time knowing when to step down and let others take the spotlight.
Overall, the donor is a person who enjoys intellectual conversations and enjoys being stimulated by dealing abstract problems. He enjoys seeing dilemmas from multiple perspectives and having dialogue and debate about what the right approach might be. This also makes him someone who usually has an opinion on most topics, and he might not know when to back down. The donor is creative and has a rich fantasy life. at the same time, he is a man of principle. The donor has strong convictions, and others might consider him stubborn in this regard. It is contextual whether he is curious about or interested in the feelings of himself or others. Sometimes he might regard the emotional state of other people as relevant to the situation, and at other times he might prefer a more logical and rational approach to other people.
The donor prefers to be honest and straightforward in his communication with others in general. He is usually helpful self-sacrificing and altruistic in his approach and tries to help wherever he can. Sometimes at the expense of his own personal goals or needs. He is critical of authority and is quick to challenge ideas from other people, whether that will damage the relationship with him and others or not. He can be critical and skeptical towards others. He is concerned with putting his own opinions forward no matter the cost. The donor mentions himself how he is focused on being able to look at himself in the mirror and be satisfied with who he sees after making decisions. In that way his integrity is central to his character. The donor is sometimes modest, but mostly prefers highlighting his own achievements and getting recognition for them. He is concerned with doing a respectable job and is overly ambitious and striving for achievement in his actions, which also is enhanced by this desire to be recognized by others. He is trusting of others but is not naïve, and he knows when to be careful about giving other people a second chance. The donor is extremely hard-working and feels competent in every field he engages in.
He’s highly structured, he’s orderly and he prefers knowing exactly how the plan is going to play out before engaging in any activity. The donor might sometimes find himself in situations where he has accepted a task, he doesn’t have the right competencies for. He can also find it difficult to navigate in circumstances where the structure is chaotic or unpredictable, which will most likely frustrate him. He’s very dutiful and takes on a lot of responsibility, having a hard time saying no at times and he’s very disciplined, setting goals for himself that he almost always achieves. The donor is a mixture between being intuitive and analytical in his decision making. It will be very contextual when he decides to act on a gut feeling and when he decides to base his decisions on evidence and data. The donor mentions in the conversation that he is someone who puts a lot of value and stock into intuition. If he has a bad feeling about someone, or an “iffy” vibe coming from someone, he usually follows that instinct. Either way, it will be either completely analytical and evidence-based decision making or completely intuition based in his own eyes.
Overall, the donor is a principled, robust, extroverted, dominant and opinionated person with an inclination towards intellectual thought and a degree of desiring recognition from others. The most defining trait characterizing this person is being a hard worker and achievement striving, which is in accordance with his high degree of conscientiousness.
Having a normal IQ means the donor has the reasoning and problem solving skills of a normal person. In the case of our donors we use the people on the job market in Denmark to define a normal person.
