Evaluation
The donor has chosen to donate because of more than one reason. He likes to help other people, and this seems like a good way to do it, but he’s also a student and could use the financial compensation from donations. Especially when the effort he has to put into it is flexible.
Intelligence:
In terms of intelligence, the donor has performed just above the average for his age group on the screening test. He can be said to be a quick learner and someone who is good at handling complexity, at least more so than most others. He is expected to be analytically strong.
Personality:
In terms of personality, the donor is largely characterised by a calm and collected demeanour. He is expected to be someone without many worries in his life, and he generally seems to have great patience and an ability to keep very calm under pressure. He seems to have very good control of his impulses, and he seems to be very comfortable with his own persona. Others will likely see him as very good at being fundamentally optimistic and not very prone to negative thinking.
Sometimes, the donor might lack a more expressive attitude or an ability to mark his own boundaries and show outward passion. He can be a bit too comfortable sometimes, not responding to relevant concerns proactively.
Socially, he seems to be quite gregarious and welcoming towards other people, but his social energy is not limitless and sometimes he might need time to recharge by himself. He is not a prominent or dominant figure in social settings, where he tends to let others be more authoritative. The donor has been a leader for young scouts, where he admits himself that taking charge and being instructive was not his strong suit. He was more interested in being creative and helping others develop their abilities. He does enjoy excitement to a large degree when he’s active, though he does prefer not to keep too busy a schedule. Others will likely see him as someone who is good at relaxing and focusing on one thing at a time.
Values and interests:
The donor seems to have a preference for being creative, fanciful and explorative. He is a curious person at heart who enjoys beauty and some cultural activities. This can make him seem a bit too aesthetically minded and sometimes as someone with his head in the cloud. As a scout, the donor especially enjoyed building things and considering the architecture of the things he built. The donor prefers academic and abstract thinking, and he is good at viewing problems and discussions from many different angles, making it hard for others to discern his opinions at times. He can be quite mutable in his convictions.
The donor seems to be more logically minded, and a problem solver compared to others, making it harder for him to be an empathetic and emotional listener than some people, even though he recognizes the value of doing so. Other people often turn to him for solutions to problems.
The donor seems to thrive with variation, becoming “under-stimulated” in environments with too much routine and traditions. Others will likely see him as trusting and self-sacrificing at heart, preferring honesty, straightforwardness and helpfulness over looking out for his own interests. At the same time, the donor has some need for recognition and approval from others, since he enjoys getting credit for a job well done. He is not outwardly as sympathetic towards the plight of others as some people might be, but he is willing to lend a hand where he can.
Work moral and self-perception:
Overall, the donor has a foundational sense of competence, though he also knows there are areas in where he would not perform well. Others will likely see him as a bit more hedonistic and laissez faire than most, though he does have the discipline to do a good job when he’s passionate about something. He is good at keeping his shoulders down and not taking things too seriously. This can also make him less ambitious than most other people, and he’s not likely to live up to his full potential. He can set personal goals but will likely mostly succeed with the ones where there is a clear personal interest. In other cases, the donor has quit on projects and not achieved the initial goals he set for himself. He also has tried some different lines of education but dropped out since he didn’t feel a good connection with them. Where others might stick around to finish what they began, the donor can be less dutiful and quit to pursue other aspirations.
He is quite flexible and can function just fine under more chaotic conditions and less tidy circumstances, where other people with more need for structure might feel stressed. He can switch between making decisions based on intuition and making more deliberate and thought out decisions. He is generally dutiful and will seek to please others if responsibility is placed on his shoulders, but when he’s only accountable to himself, it’s not always that the job gets done within the initial time frame.
