The decision to become a donor has been in his mind for a few years, and he’s reflected a lot over the decision and the potential implications. In this way, he wanted to be sure it was the right decision before doing anything about it.

The donor has a tendency to switch between needing company and seeing other people and needing some time by himself. He is expected to want to be active often and seek some excitement in his life, but it’s not to an extreme degree.
The donor is very optimistic, positive and has a fundamental belief that everything’s going to be all right in the end.
Values and interests:
The donor is fairly curious and explorative in his life. He is expected to prefer variation over routine, and he doesn’t seem to be much for the well-known and traditional behaviors. The donor has some strong values and is very much against violence, for example. His core values have sometimes cost him some friendships, so he will stand firm on those, but other than that the donor is very mutable in his viewpoints and will likely adhere to the better arguments. He can navigate in chaos to some degree, but prefers order, overview and structure. He is extremely responsible and dutiful to a degree, where it’s easy for him to be self-critical and not feel like he’s living up to his potential and ambitions. He’s a physical therapist and takes his job very seriously. He feels a strong pressure to always perform 100%, even when it’s unrealistic.
The donor can be hard to satisfy and will tend to seek control rather than giving it away. This can also make him feel responsible for things outside of his control. He is good at setting personal goals and achieving them, and he is expected to be very deliberate in his decision-making, taking care to go through all the data available to him before doing anything. This can also make him slow to act and less intuitive.
